He recognised very early on that, although he sold houses for a living, he was very much in the people business; taking the time to understand what was important to their clients and helping them through the stressful process of selling their home.

Wayne’s career in Real Estate on the Gold Coast started at the turn of the millennium after his previous 20 year career at BHP in Sydney, where, as a Sales Manager, provided construction supplies to many large projects including the memorable Summer Olympic Games in 2000.
Since then he has forged a very successful career having negotiated over 600 sales on The Gold Coast and has received many testimonials from clients who have used him again and again and, have referred many other clients to him.
A simple philosophy of going the extra mile to ensure the best outcome for owners is Wayne’s main aim, and this approach along with his high work ethic has helped him succeed whilst many other agencies have not.

Anna brings to her role at Wisdom Realty, a real “point of difference” with numerous years of experience as well as a substantially high level of international training and education.
Having Achieved Masters degrees in both human resources and marketing at the prestigious Manchester University in England, Anna became an Elite “Head Hunter” or as a milder term, A High level recruiter for some of the largest motor companies in the world. Having worked for the Asian corporate based Robert Waters in an executive role, as well as MRI Worldwide Recruitment as a high level international Recruiter, she knew from early on that success in such an industry relies on you having both very fine tuned, customer service but more importantly, superior negotiation skills. You have to be a shrewd negotiator when dealing with high end sales.
For many years, she consistently achieved premium deals for her many clients, including many international CEO’s.
This is a fitting preparation for Real Estate Sales Transactions as it utilises both her marketing prowess and her human resource ability to close the right deal for her vendors. She also will use her instincts and hard work ethic to find suitable properties for her buyers.
With an unrivalled international data base, especially in the Asian market, Anna will be responsible for expanding the buyer reach for her Gold Coast owners beyond our borders.
